Terms of Service

What the service is

FUTIA is an API and an MCP server. It reads, read-only, the search data of the Google Search Console properties you connect, and returns analysis. It makes no changes to your site.

The service does not guarantee improvements in ranking, traffic or revenue on the basis of the analysis it provides. It offers measurement and diagnosis, not outcomes.

Account and eligibility

To open an account you sign in with your Google account and must hold Search Console permission on the properties you intend to analyse. You cannot analyse a site you are not authorised for.

You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys. If you believe a key has been exposed, you can revoke it and issue a new one from your account area.

Unacceptable use

You may not transfer your key to third parties or resell the service under your own name. You may not multiply automated requests beyond the published quotas.

You may not use the service to gain unauthorised access to data belonging to others, or to circumvent Google's terms of service.

Your data

How your Google data is handled is set out in a separate document, the privacy policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.

The analysis you generate belongs to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or hand it to third parties.

Availability and early period

The service is currently being prepared for launch. During the early period there may be downtime, changes and data resets; no uptime commitment is given for this period.

The data behind the analysis comes from Google. Outages, quota changes or delays in Google's API affect the service directly and are outside our control.

Billing

The service is billed monthly. Billing begins when the service launches; being on the waiting list until then creates no payment obligation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for the outcomes of decisions you take on the basis of the analysis we provide.

Our liability is in every case limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.

Changes and termination

These terms may change. For a material change we will notify your registered email address before it takes effect.

We may suspend or close your account if these terms are breached. You may close your account at any time.
