FUTIA reads your site's Google Search performance and tells you which of your pages are not working. To do that we ask for read-only access to your Google Search Console data. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not hand it to third parties.

What Google data we access

We request only the read-only Google Search Console scope: your site's impressions, clicks, positions and queries in search results, plus the index status of your pages.

We do not read your email, contacts, files, calendar, or any Google service other than Search Console. We make no changes to your site; the access we request is read, not write.

What we use it for

The single purpose is producing the analysis you asked for: which of your pages get impressions but no clicks, why, and which one to fix first.

We return the result only to you and to the AI agent you connected.

How long we keep it

Data received from Google is never written to disk. It is read, turned into the answer, and gone when the request ends; there is no table for it. What we do store for 24 hours is what we buy from the search-data provider, which is public data about a domain rather than yours. Your access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted.

When you close your account or revoke access, your data and tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Who we share it with

Your Google Search Console data never leaves our servers. The endpoints that read it (index_coverage, page_yield, query_match) do not call any outside data provider at all, so there is nothing to send.

The competitor endpoints are different, and we would rather say so plainly than let you assume otherwise. When you ask about a competitor, a keyword or a backlink profile, we buy that answer from a search-data provider, and to buy it we have to pass on what you asked about: the domain name and the keyword text. Nothing that identifies you goes with it. No email, no account, no key, and none of your Search Console figures.

Beyond that we share nothing. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. Everything else is processed only by the infrastructure providers required to run the service, and we make no other transfer unless legally compelled.

Google API Services User Data Policy

FUTIA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to revoke access

You can remove FUTIA's access at any time, in one click, from the third-party apps section of your Google Account security settings. You do not need our permission to do so.
